Running an Anger Management Group:
Two Day Course
Offers a structured programme with a comprehensive resource pack which
will enable participants to run anger management groups. Work with the pack
is systematically explained, and demonstrated experientially.
No previous groupwork experience is assumed. The approach is based on an
established cognitive behavioural approach which has been used successfully
with offenders, but it is not exclusive to this client group.
The course will involve a high level of participation including role plays and
discussion and although experiential it should be stressed that this is not a
therapeutic group.
