Booking Conditions . . .

1) It may be possible for self funding individuals to pay in instalments.

2) All cancellations must be in writing, and not less than twelve working days prior to a course commencing to qualify for a full refund. No refunds will be made after this period. A £25.00 administration charge is made for all cancellations.

3) GCT Ltd is not responsible for course details that do not arrive. It is the responsibility of the participant to check in advance that a course is running. It is advisable to do this as dates and venues can be changed.

4) GCT reserves the right to substitute trainers, change course dates and move venues if necessary.

Course Applications

Please complete and return the enclosed application form as soon as possible to ensure a place on the course of your choice. On receipt of your application form a letter of confirmation will be sent to you, and an invoice will be sent to your organisation.

Please give the name of the person in your organisation to be invoiced.
