In-House Courses

As well as facilitating our own courses we can also provide a more cost effective solution for organisations that would like to send eight or more attendees to a specific course.

These courses can be held either on site or at a location nearby, such as a local hotel, where participants are free from interruption. This may offer considerable savings in costs . In addition, in-house courses can involve discussion of organisations problems relevant to the course in complete
confidentiality. Our training courses can be used to increase staff motivation and team building within departments. Participants often return from our training courses feeling refreshed and with new enthusiasm for the job. Whilst on the course, they are able to look at their work problems from a distance and put them in perspective. This allows time to re-examine their objectives and to come up with radical solutions to these problems. The courses can be timed to fit in with a company's needs,
the costs for in-house training vary much depending upon the duration of the course and the number
of tutors required with up to a maximum of fourteen Participants.

Course designs can be specifically tailored to the needs of your organisation, and can be created to address staff at different levels of experience. Some examples are given below.
