“Professionalism” A One Day Workshop

An open-ended - you decide the conclusions!, - multi-disciplinary workshop which will explore what is meant by professionalism, and how it may be identified.

What is a professional? In today’s blame and target driven culture, we often hear people say: "That wasn't very professional," or “that person is inefficient”, but do we know what they mean and what our own expectations are?

This workshop will look at the meaning of professionalism and discuss and share what is "appropriate" or "inappropriate behaviour." And how you think this applies to your approach to your work.

The day is designed so you can share your views with others, and discover new ways to define the term “professionalism,” and gives methods which can be incorporated into your thinking about your skills. The workshop uses a variety of learning approaches which includes inter-active exercises, and group discussion.

Please note this course can also be run In-house.
